Chicago’s Kiser Group promotes two to director positions

Chicago’s Kiser Group promoted John George and Joe Bianchi from Advisors to Directors, recognizing their contributions to the firm’s continued growth and its long-standing commitment to developing leaders from within. After four years with the firm, George and Bianchi also become the youngest Directors in Kiser Group’s history.

Since joining Kiser Group, George and Bianchi have built successful multifamily investment sales practices throughout Chicagoland and its suburbs by consistently delivering success for clients and demonstrating the values that define the firm’s culture: building lasting relationships, embracing accountability, and advising clients throughout the investment lifecycle.

George said the firm’s culture of mentorship and high standards established by senior leadership played a significant role in his development.

“Achieving this so quickly is a testament to the grind Joe and I have put in day in and day out—the early mornings, the late nights, the deals that fell apart before they came together,” George said. “It hasn’t come easy, but it’s proof that grit and doing right by our clients pays off. I’m grateful to Noah Birk and Aaron Sklar for the foundation they gave us, and we’re just getting started.”

Bianchi said the firm’s emphasis on consistency and client success has shaped how he approaches every assignment.

“We’ve learned that a successful career in brokerage is directly correlated with the success of the clients you serve,” Bianchi said. “Those who entrust John and me to represent them know that we have their best interests in mind and have their back at every turn. Having the opportunity to learn under Noah Birk and Aaron Sklar has been our greatest advantage. Among many other lessons, they’ve taught us that persistence and consistency are paramount—and that, in this business, success often comes from simply picking up the phone, even when you don’t feel like it.”

As Directors, George and Bianchi will continue advising owners and investors on acquisitions, dispositions and strategic investment decisions while taking on expanded leadership responsibilities, including mentoring the next generation of Kiser Group Advisors.
