Venture One Real Estate announced the acquisition of a land parcel and plans for a speculative 174,000-square-foot last-mile logistics facility located at 2445 S. Rockwell in Chicago’s Pilsen neighborhood.
The construction will begin this fall with a scheduled delivery by the fourth quarter of 2018. The facility is less than five miles from Chicago’s Loop and offers immediate access to one of the densest population centers. The property will offer 32′ clear height pre cast construction and 185-foot loading courts able to accommodate excess trailer or car parking.
Terry Grapenthin and Tim McCahill of Lee and Associates have been retained to market Rockwell Logistics Centers on behalf of Venture One.
