Bryan Sullivan has joined Chicago-based multifamily developer and property manager The Habitat Company as vice president of acquisition and investment.
Sullivan brings more than 20 years of experience to his new position. He has played a role in transactions valued at more than $1 billion.
Previously, Sullivan served as managing director of acquisitions at Origin Capital Partners.
