Cicero Construction Group has been selected to lead the transformative renovation of the Homewood Suites hotel in Orland Park, Illinois. Expected to be completed by March 2021, the extensive project includes 81 fully reimagined guest rooms, and the upgrading of the hotel’s corridors, stairwells, public restrooms and fitness center.

In addition, kitchens featured in each room will be adorned with new appliances, countertops and hardware. Public spaces throughout the Homewood Suites Orland Park will be brightened with lighter, neutral shades of paint and vinyl wall coverings, providing an ideal backdrop for business or pleasure.
