Cincinnati office of Al. Neyer boosts leadership

The Cincinnati office of Al. Neyers has appointed Stephanie Gaither as senior vice president and chief financial officer and Matthew Blankenship as executive vice president of design-build.

Gaither will head Al. Neyers’ finance and accounting team. She has nearly 20 years of experience in financing and accounting, including more than 15 in commercial and residential real estate development. She most recently served as chief financial officer at Urban sites. She has also held leadership positions at Cincinnati Center City Development Corporation, Fifth Third Bank and Grandin Properties.

Blankenship was promoted to his role after serving in several positions at Al. Neyer since beginning his tenure at the company in 2005. In his new role, he oversees Al. Neyer’s design-build operations in every market in which the firm operates, including its construction-management team and architecture group.
