Cincinnati-based developer Al. Neyer has begun work on a $2.5 million design-build project for Tristate Valves and Controls, Inc., better known as TRIVACO.
Al. Neyer is designing and building a 40,000-square-foot office and warehouse facility in Hebron, Ken., for the Loveland-based distributor of industrial valves and actuation controls. The tilt-up construction project began July 15 and will be completed by the year’s end. Tilt-up construction refers to how the building is constructed, with walls cast out of concrete panels lying flat on the ground that are then lifted at the same time to receive the roof.
TRIVACO serves industrial markets in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee, Georgia and West Virginia. The new office and warehouse facility will be home to more than 60 current employees and will create an additional estimated 45 jobs over the next few years.
