Cincinnati’s Al. Neyer makes three key promotions

Cincinnati-based Al. Neyer promoted three employee-owners to new executive roles. Lesley Koth has been promoted to senior vice president and general counsel; Steve Rizzo to vice president, field operations; and Brandon Snyder to vice president, Pittsburgh market leader.

Koth was promoted to her role after serving as senior vice president and legal counsel at Al. Neyer since beginning her tenure in 2018. In this new role, Koth will oversee legal matters of the business as a whole, as well as a wide range of commercial real estate negotiations and transactions. Koth holds a juris doctorate from the University Wisconsin-Madison and a BS in accounting from Miami University.

Rizzo will oversee field operations on all construction projects across Al. Neyer’s growing footprint. As a member of the construction division’s leadership team, Rizzo will also be involved in business planning including talent development. He has over 20 years of experience in commercial construction management and has been with the firm since 2006. Rizzo holds a BS in construction management from The Ohio State University.

Snyder was promoted to his role after serving as vice president, real estate development, in Pittsburgh since 2015. Creation of this new leadership position signals Al. Neyer’s recognition of Pittsburgh as a growth market through continued and long-term investment. Snyder will oversee the firm’s development efforts and lead its Pittsburgh office of employee-owners. He holds a BS in finance from Ohio University.
