Cincinnati-based NAI Bergman has expanded its commercial real estate business to cover the Dayton, Ohio, and southeast Indiana markets. These markets will join the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky markets that NAI Bergman already serves.
As part of the expansion, many of the former principals and associates with NAI Dayton will be joining NAI Bergman.
“Both firms recognize the efficiencies of combining resources, particularly in liht of the continued growth of the I-75 corridor, which is trending toward a single combined metropolitan area,” said Laurence Bergman, chief executive officer and broker of record for NAI Bergman, in a written statement.
