Following its launch from The Claro Group LLC, Claro Healthcare, LLC has moved into 22,600 square feet of office space at 200 S. Wacker Drive. The company’s new offices are on the 28th floor, formerly home to Cushman & Wakefield.
“We have been extremely pleased with our new space,” said Venanzio Arquilla, a managing director of Claro Healthcare. “The collective response from our employees has been quite positive, especially from those who commute to work from the suburbs and benefit from the building’s proximity to Union Station and Ogilvie Transportation Center.”
For Claro Healthcare, it ends a busy 90 days in which the healthcare consulting firm secured a lease and relocated its operations. The expedited timetable was required post separation, and 200 S. Wacker, with an ideal ratio of offices to work stations as well as a “corporate” feeling, was a perfect fit.
“This was an excellent solution for Claro Healthcare,” said Colliers International principal Tony Karmin. “We were able to sublease move-in ready space that required very little tenant improvement work.”
Claro Healthcare formally moved from 321 N. Clark Street, where The Claro Group leases the 12th floor. Karmin represented Claro Healthcare in the transaction. Cushman & Wakefield was represented by Mark Gunderson.
