Claro Healthcare LLC has signed a 22,673-square-foot lease on the 28th floor at 200 South Wacker in Chicago. Colliers Chicago Principal Tony Karmin negotiated the long-term headquarters transaction on behalf of the premier healthcare consulting firm which had been subleasing the space for the past four years.
“Claro Healthcare is committed to the future of healthcare. Our employees, distinctive culture and collaborative approach position us as a leader in healthcare management. We look forward to our continued growth for many years to come,” Venanzio Arquilla, Managing Director at Claro Healthcare. “The 200 South Wacker space provides our firm with a central location to service our local, regional and national clients.”
“The modern space required no improvements as furniture, fixtures and equipment were all in place. Coupled with aggressive lease terms, it was a win-win for Claro,” added Karmin.
Completed in 1981, 200 South Wacker is a 40-story, Class A office tower located at the corner of Wacker Drive and Adams Street along the Chicago River. It offers easy access to Union Station and Ogilvie Transportation Center as well as other modes of public transportation.
