Commercial real estate veterans Judy Simon and Lindsay Hach have joined the Cleveland office of Newmark Knight Frank.
Simon is associate director of managemnet services, while Hach is a senior property manager. Both join Newmark Knight Frank from Cushman & Wakefield.
Simon and Hach brought 1.7 million square feet of managed assets to Newmark Knight Frank’s Cleveland office. The pair recently earned a 575,000-square-foot CBD office management assignment. Newmark Knight Frank’s property management team now manages more than 4.5 million square feet of office, industrial and retail assets.
