Cleveland’s Cooper Commercial Investment Group recently closed the sale of a CVS Pharmacy in Decatur, Ga., a suburb that sits 11 miles outside of Atlanta.
CVS is on a 20-year triple net lease with about eight-and-a-half years of original term remaining. The property also came with a billboard lease with Clear Channel.
The 10,125-square-foot property was built in 1999 and is located along the heavily traveled Glenwood Road, less than one mile from Interstate-285, the direct highway to downtown Atlanta.
The deal was sold at more than $2.5 million. Dan Cooper represented the owners, a private East Coast company. Cooper also worked directly with the buyers, a private group out of Texas.
