Cleveland’s Hahn Loeser & Parks names chair of real estate practice

The board of directors of Cleveland-based lawn Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP has named partner Aaron S. Evenchik as chair of its Real Estate Practice Area.

Evenchik will continue to represent clients in all aspects of real estate and construction law, in addition to performing his new leadership role among the 25 real estate attorney members across the firm’s footprint.

“Aaron’s deep experience in the Construction Group gives him a strong foundation for his work in this new position,” said Stanley R. Gorom III, Hahn Loeser’s CEO and Managing Partner. “We are exceptionally fortunate to have such able talent throughout the Firm, and we look forward to the leadership and energy he will bring to the group.”

Evenchik has been a prominent part of Hahn Loeser’s real estate and construction teams since joining the firm in 2017. He recently earned recognition from Chambers USA and has earned accolades from The Best Lawyers in America® in each of the last three years. Evenchik serves as Chair of the Home Builders Association of Greater Cleveland Developers Council and has been an active member of the HBA Developers Council for over a decade. He is also a regular presenter at real estate and construction events throughout the year.

Evenchik received his J.D. from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2001 and earned a B.S. from Ohio State in 1998.
