Cleveland’s The NRP Group has hired Patrick Carino as vice president of development.
Leveraging more than a decade of experience in the Northeast region, Carino will originate and manage all aspects of market-rate development. Carino will report to Jonathan Gertman, Senior Vice President of Development for NRP’s New York City office.
Prior to joining NRP, Carino oversaw acquisitions and development at RMS companies where he helped spearhead the expansion of RMS into the Westchester, Northern New Jersey, and suburban Boston markets.
Carino received a Finance degree with a concentration in Real Estate and Urban Economics from the University of Connecticut where he also minored in Environmental Economics and Policy. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Connecticut. In April 2024, Carino will earn the “Rising Star” distinction at the ULI NNJ 2024 Excellence Awards.
