Cathy Bronkema, managing director in the Grand Rapids, Michigan, office of Cohen Financial, recently secured more than $40.1 million for American Commerce Center. This single-tenant, build-to-suit regional headquarters is located in Southfield, Michigan.
The commerce center consists of about 180,000 square feet of space.
Bronkema secured the construction-to-permanent financing with a national structured debt lender. The borrower is Jonna Realty Ventures, a Bloomfield Hills, Michigan-based commercial real estate developer and owner/operator.
The building is fully leased to Autoliv, Inc., which manufactures automotive passive safety products. The property can house up to 900 Autoliv employees.
