Dale Severson and Robert Bayer of Coldwell Banker Commercial Griffin Companies negotiated the sale of Hayward Office Condominium in Oakdale, Minn.
The 2,725-square-foot office/warehouse space sold for $217,500. Jim Edberg from Crossroads Properties represented the buyer, while Coldwell Banker Commercial Griffin Companies was the listing agent.
Plans for the property include new offices for Jewelry by Johan.
