Robert Bayer of Coldwell Banker Commercial Griffin Companies has negotiated a $1 million 16,491-square-foot office/industrial flex building lease with AppleTree Dental in Mounds View, Minn.
AppleTree Dental, a nonprofit provider of dental services, will use the building as a dental clinic. It will also distribute dental supplies to AppleTree’s other locations.
