Jonathan Hardy, vice president, and James Shook, president of Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty Services, recently negotiated the signing of a 4,029-squar-foot office lease for Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network in Indianapolis.
Hardy and Shook represented the tenant, while Abby Cooper and John Robinson of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord.
