Coldwell Banker Commercial Woodland-Schmidt has completed the $6.11 million sale of a 64,035-square-foot manufacturing facility in the Georgetown Industrial Center at 2206 Pine Ridge Drive in Jenison, Michigan.
Jim Edewaard of Coldwell Banker Commercial Woodland-Schmidt represented the seller, Altron Automation. The company manufactures automated tooling and equipment and continues to operate two facilities in Hudsonville. Michigan. Pleotint, a glass fabrication and innovation company, is the purchaser of the property.
The fully air-conditioned facility has a 54,184-square-foot footprint, a 9,851-square-foott finished mezzanine and 25-foot clear ceilings. It includes two and three-ton cranes, generates 2,000 amps and provides great power and air distribution.
Additional features of the industrial facility are 25-by-60-foot column spacing, four docks and four overhead doors.
