Colliers adds managing director to St. Louis office

Matthew Hrubes has joined Colliers as managing director and brokerage market Leader for St. Louis, Missouri. 

In his new role, Hrubes will oversee all brokerage operations, recruitment, retention, and business development. He will report to Julie Northcutt-Dunn, Executive Managing Director | South-Central Region.

Hrubes succeeds Kevin Gallagher, who has led the St. Louis market with distinction for the past 13 years. Gallagher will continue to contribute to Colliers, serving as an advisor locally and in other regional roles.

Hrubes brings over two decades of commercial real estate experience and has a strong presence in the St. Louis commercial real estate market. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President at CBRE, specializing in industrial brokerage. Before that, he was the St. Louis Market Leader at Duke Realty Corporation.
