Colliers adds three brokers, expands industrial and multifamily groups

Colliers International | Chicago has added three associate brokers in the Chicago area. Alex Kritt and Benjamin Oxley have joined the Rosemont-based industrial advisory group, while Robert Flaherty joins the downtown Chicago-based multifamily investment team.

Kritt will work with Mike Senner and Vern Shultz to provide strategic real estate analysis for corporations and landlords, streamlining transaction management and providing real estate solutions to clients that enable business growth. Kritt most recently worked as an associate at CTK Chicago Partners. He holds a bachelor of science in public affairs from Indiana University.

Oxley will work closely with Matthew Stauber, Tom Rodeno and Pat Turner to provide real estate analysis for industrial corporations and landlords. Oxley worked as an industrial brokerage intern with Colliers | Chicago in 2018 where he compiled sale, lease and tenant data for approximately 1,250 acres in the O’Hare Industrial submarket and assisted with business development projects. He holds a bachelor of arts in economics from Northwestern University and is pursuing his master of science in management studies from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.

Flaherty joins the multifamily investment team and will work closely with Tyler Hague. A former intern at Indianapolis-based Axis Apartments and Flaherty & Collins Properties, Flaherty brings experience in property management and multifamily development to the firm. He holds a bachelor of arts in political science from Indiana University.

“2019 has been a terrific year as we continue to grow our Chicago operations,” said Jim Carris, executive managing director and market leader for Colliers | Chicago. “Alex, Ben and Robert will no doubt enhance our brokerage services so we are better positioned to serve our valued clients.”
