Colliers International | Chicago’s Jonathon Connor and Steve Kling represented Stanton Road Capital (SRC) in its 11,478-square-foot, long-term lease at ArborLake Centre, located at 1751 Lake Cook Road in Deerfield, Illinois, to Justrite Manufacturing (Justrite). With this lease, the building is now 77 percent leased.
“We continue to see demand for space in well-located, Class A buildings with strong amenity packages, and the significant capital investment that Stanton Road Capital is making at ArborLake Centre will provide tenants with a new, first-class program with outstanding value,” said Connor. “We’re confident that the imminent changes to ArborLake will continue to drive interest in the property and help us lease it up.”
ArborLake Centre is a 220,000-square-foot, six-story office building located at the intersection of I-94 and Lake Cook Road that counts Miller Cooper, Personnel Staffing Inc. and AXA Equitable among its other tenants. SRC will soon launch a $2 million capital improvement plan that includes a complete overhaul of the building’s lobby and common areas, as well as implementation of The Outpost, SRC’s tenant amenity package.
Designed to attract and retain high-quality corporate tenants, The Outpost includes a suite of on-demand offerings, such as a fully modernized fitness center, tenant lounge with Wi-Fi, fresh grab-and-go food and beverages and outdoor communal and recreational spaces. Completion is expected in late 2019.
