Colliers International | Chicago’s Kelly Joyce, CCIM, and Suzanne Serino represented a private investor in the sale of 2605 Clearbrook Drive in Arlington Heights, Illinois. The asking price for the 46,920-square-foot industrial warehouse facility was $2.45 million.
“With recent updates to the building and tenants already in place, 2605 Clearbrook provided the flexibility and stability sought in the marketplace,” said Joyce, a vice president at Colliers | Chicago. “The 6B tax classification in place until 2023 was another key differentiator, leading to a successful sale in highly a competitive market.”
2605 Clearbrook Drive is situated on 1.15 acres and features 16-foot clear height, 3,000 square feet of office space, two interior docks, LED lighting and 800-amp power. The facility is also minutes from the Arlington Heights Road and I-90 four-way interchange.
Karla Thomas and Lina Zoraikat of Urb & Burb Realty represented the buyer, Misa Imports, a wine distributor. The company currently operates two separate buildings in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, but will consolidate both facilities and expand at 2605 Clearbrook Drive.
