Colliers represented Electric Plus in the $38.6 million acquisition of 501 Airtech Parkway in Plainfield, Indiana.

The industrial facility is situated on 33.2 acres within Plainfield’s premier Airtech business park, minutes from the FedEx Express World Hub. Featuring cross-dock loading, 30-foot clear height, temperature-controlled warehouse, extensive power resources and ample parking, the property offers the scale and functionality needed to support Electric Plus.
Since its founding in 2006, Electric Plus has grown from three employees to more than 950 employee-owners serving clients across Indiana and beyond.
To accommodate its expanding operations, the company will relocate its headquarters from Avon, Indiana, to the newly acquired 500,192-square-foot facility in Plainfield. Convenient access to Interstate 70, Indianapolis International Airport and key logistics networks throughout Central Indiana supports the company’s growing operational needs.
As part of the acquisition, approximately 115,000 to 265,000 square feet will be available for lease, with Speckman leading leasing efforts.
