Senior vice president Andy Heieie, alongside Colliers|Minneapolis-St. Paul team members Ted Bickel and Jeff Budish, represented Ryan Companies in its sale of the first phase of multifamily land within the Minnesota Health Village development in Maple Grove, Minnesota.
The transaction closed Feb. 8.
Located adjacent to Maple Grove Hospital near the intersection of I-94 and Highway 610, the 6.17-acre parcel sold for $4.05 million to Roers Companies. Roers plans to develop the land into a four-story apartment building that will include 250 market-rate apartments.
Planned amenities include a fitness center, community lounge, underground heated parking, outdoor patio, coffee bar, pet spa, outdoor pool and business center.
