Colliers closed the sale of Building 450, a 163,654-square-foot modern bulk facility in Whitestown, Indiana.
The building is located at 4921 E. 450 South in Whitestown.
Built in 2022, the Class-A modern bulk distribution center sits on more than 16 acres along Interstate-65 in the Northwest submarket of Indianapolis.
The Colliers Midwest Investment Services Team of Alex Cantu and Alex Davenport facilitated the transaction on behalf of Citimark Management Company. Transwestern Investment Group purchased the asset.
