Colliers International|Chicago has added J. Corbett (Corby) Marx to its Office Advisory Group as senior vice president.
Marx spent the previous nine years at Transwestern, most recently as senior vice president. He began his real estate career at Insignia/ESG and later CB Richard Ellis following the merger of those two firms.
Joining Marx, also from Transwestern, is Joseph Cybulski, an associate. Cybulski focuses on business development and client services such as structuring and negotiating commercial office leases, developing comprehensive and strategic real estate plans, and assisting with the acquisition and disposition of owned or leased properties.
