A private investor from California has purchased a fully occupied, new-construction retail center on 76th Street in Greendale, Wisconsin.
Adam Connor, Heather Dorfler and Josh Minkin of the Colliers|Wisconsin retail investment services team represented the seller.
Tenants of the retail center include Summit Credit Union, AT&T, Crumbl Cookie and Tropical Smoothie.
The sale of the retail center was unique because the subject property exists as a retail condo subject to a ground lease.
The Colliers team also found the buyer, who used a local credit union as its lender.
