Colliers|Wisconsin closed the sale of a six-tenant newer construction retail center in West Allis, Wisconsin.
The 14,000-square-foot center has a tenant mix including AT&T, Tropical Smoothie and HuHot. Home Depot shadow anchors the center.
The private seller purchased the property about three year ago and needed to dissolve a partnership. Colliers secured an all-cash buyer.
The buyer, a $500 million fund, made its first acquisition in Wisconsin. The property sold for $4.5 million. Colliers represented the seller and secured the buyer, Curbline, completing the transaction in 60 days.
