The Greater Columbus, Ohio, region of Colliers International was recently awarded a nearly 3-million-square-foot 12-property real estate management assignment from Hackman Capital.
Hackman Capital acquired an industrial real estate portfolio from Schottenstein Property Group on July 26. The portfolio includes 44 offic-warehouse and distrubtion buildings in the Columbus metropolitan area.
“With the addition of the Hackman Capital portfolio, our real estate management team is managing more than 10 million square feet in the Columbus market,” said Richard Underman, executive vice president and principal at Colliers in Coumbus.
Colliers was also awarded the leasing of 704,000 square feet of Hackman’s industrial portfolio. Vice president Joel Yakovac of Colliers is leading the brokerage effort.
