Colliers International|West Michigan, Vision Real Estate Investment and e5 Ventures are planning a 40,000-square-foot Class-A medical and professional office building in Byron Center, Michigan. The project is located at 2131 64th St. along M-6, near Metro Health Hospital and the Mercy Health Southwest Campus.
“This building will support the long-term, continued growth of West Michigan’s thriving health care industry,” said Duke Suwyn, Colliers International|West Michigan chief executive officer, in a written statement. “The central location between two medical facilities, combined with a growing demand for medical and professional office space, makes 2131 64th St. an ideal location for medical and professional offices.”
Vision Real Estate Investment plans to break ground this fall. Project plans include extensive landscaping, a boulevard-style driveway and 200 parking spots. The built-to-suit building will be divided into various sized suites ranging from 5,000 to 40,000 square feet and customized for future tenants.
Vision Real Estate Investment and e5 Ventures will be the co-developers on the project. Colliers International|West Michigan will provide leasing services. Pinnacle Construction Group is the lead construction contractor.
