Colliers grows Rosemont brokerage group; names new research director

Colliers announced that it has made several new hires in Rosemont. They are:

Diana Perez who rejoins Colliers as a research director – industrial and will provide data driven analysis, industry expertise, and consultative guidance to the industrial brokerage group. She most recently was the director of market research at Lee & Associates and before that was a research analyst with Colliers. In 2022, Negocios Now named her to its prestigious “Latinos 40 Under 40” list which recognizes the leadership of young Latinos in the Chicago metropolitan area. She is a graduate of the International Academy of Design & Technology.

Lucas Denney who joins as a vice president with Colliers’ Industrial Advisory Group working alongside industry veteran Jim Estus. An I-80 and I-55 specialist, he represents buyers and sellers as well as landlords and tenants, delivering custom solutions to his vast client base. Previously he was a broker with the Neil Walter Company in Seattle. Notable clients include Tradesman Electric, Seattle Public Library, AirClean Technologies, Draper Associates, and Schnitzer Investment Properties. Lucas earned an MBA and BA from Seattle University. He is a member of NAIOP.

Zachary Ofner joins as an associate with the Retail Sales and Leasing team focusing on buyer and tenant representation. He is a graduate of University of Colorado.
