A Milwaukee-based private developer has sold its 14,079-square-foot multi-tenant center in the Milwaukee area.
The retail center, near the corner of South 108th Street and West Oklahoma Avenue in West Allis, Wisconsin, was purchased by a private Wisconsin buyer for $4.31 million.
The sales price was more than $300 a square foot. The recently constructed retail center is home to established tenants including HuHot, Tropical Smoothie, Elements Massage, AT&T and others.
