Colliers International recently hired three multi-family brokerage associates for its Columbus, Ohio, office.
Matt Gockstetter, J. Rosenbusch and Matt Newcomer join Colliers with more than $300 million in closed transactions on their records.
The team will serve as Colliers Ohio’s first multi-family specialists. This move is Colliers’ first step in establishing a state-wide multi-family practice group.
