Colliers International Ann Arbor leases 4,500 square feet of office space to University of Michigan

Colliers International Ann Arbor recently leased about 4,500 square feet of office space at 777 North University to the University of Michigan Ann Arbor.

Jim Chaconas and Brendan Cavender of Colliers International Ann Arbor represented the landlord in the transaction. The university plans to move part of the Institute for Social Research into the space.
