Colliers International|Greater Cincinnati recently completed the sale of the Harper’s Crossing Shopping Center for $1.985 million. The 11,860-square-foot neighborhood retail center is located in the heart of the Montgomery retail district in Montgomery, Ohio.
“We received tremendous interest in this asset and continue to see an immense amount of capital flowing back into the retail real estate market,” said Christopher Prosser, brokerage senior vice president, Cincinnati of Colliers International. “This upswing in the market is a sign of many more good things to come.”
The Cincinnati Investment Group comprised of Prosser and fellow brokerage senior vice president Jeffrey Johnston were the exclusive advisors to the seller, Harpers Crossing II, LLC.
Harper’s Shopping Center was sold for $167.34 per square foot to the buyer VME Properties LLC. The property is located on 0.994 acres near the intersection of Kemper and Montgomery Road, and has maintained an occupancy rate of more than 95 percent since construction completed in 1986.
