Cathedral Holdings recently sold the Cincinnati-based headquarters of Pure Romance to an investor in California for $12.4 million.
The building at 655 Plum St. totals more than 68,000 square feet and is 100-percent occupied. The sale also included a 610-space parking garage.
Steve Timmel, Jeff Johnston, Chris Prosser, Chris Vollmer and Chris Vollmer Jr. with Colliers International’s Cincinnati office represented the seller in this transaction.
