STAG Industrial Holdings, with the help of the Minneapolis office of Colliers International, recently purchased the industrial building located at 5520 N. Highway 169 in New Hope, Minn.
The building sold for a purchase price of $5.05 million and closed on Sept. 20.
Tom Shepherd and Mike Fardy, from Colliers International, brokered the deal.
