Colliers International Ann Arbor recently closed three transactions in Ann Arbor, Mich.
Jim Chaconas, Brendan Cavender and Richard Timmons of Colliers International Ann Arbor represented the seller in the sale of The Liberty Carwash located at 318 W. Liberty. The property will be redeveloped by local developer Alex DePerry into downtown condominiums.
Chaconas and Cavender represented both the seller and the purchaser in the sale of the 8,662-square-foot office building located at 2395 S. Huron Parkway. The purchaser, Sleeping Bear Press, plans to relocate its Ann Arbor offices into a portion of the property.
Colliers International Ann Arbor also represented both sides of the deal in the sale of the 8,880-square-foot office building located at 3115 Professional Drive. The purchaser, Home of New Vision, will be relocating its Ann Arbor offices to the property.
