Colliers International in greater Cincinnati recently completed the sale of the Shoppes of Deerfield North Shopping Center in Mason, Ohio.
The office’s investment services group represented the seller, CM Deerfield LLC. The property, 8,878 square feet, is 100-percent occupied, and was sold to 7953, LLC for $2.375 million. Major tenants include Starbucks, FedEx Kinkos, Mattress Firm and Verizon Wireless.
The Colliers International | Greater Cincinnati investment team consisting of Christopher Prosser, brokerage senior vice president; Steven Timmel, brokerage senior vice president|principal; and Jeffrey Johnston, brokerage vice president, have completed seven retail property sales in 2011 consisting of more than $16.6 million in transactions.
“This property is located on nearly two acres in the Mason submarket, and is anchored by three national retail tenants who occupy about 85 percent of the shopping center,” Prosser said. “This transaction marks our team’s seventh retail property sale for 2011, and we also have another $4.5 million in retail properties currently under contract.”
The Shoppes of Deerfield North retail center was built in 2006 and includes 70 parking spaces for the shopping center.
