Colliers International helped Auto Truck Group, LLC sell a 15,200-square-foot industrial building at 1601 N. Corrington Ave. in Kansas City.
ADGO, LLC was the buyer.
The facility, built in 1980, includes an 8,000-square-foot shop, 3,500-square-foot office, 3,700-square-foot parts shop and 3.93-acre fenced outside storage area.
Cameron Duff of Colliers negotiated the transaction on behalf of the seller. Joe Orschein of CBRE represented the buyer.
