Colliers International recently gained the exclusive right to lease the Madison Office Building in Detroit.

The property is a 105,000-square-foot Class-A five-story office building in Detroit’s Entertainment District.

Built in 2005, this building was designed for a public corporation to house its Michigan headquarters. It sits adjacent to Ford Field and Comerica Park. It is also within walking distance of Campus Martius, Greektown, the Detroit Athletic Club and Detroit’s better-known restaurants, hotels and casinos.

Colliers’ Jeffery Fenley, senior vice president; Randall Book, executive vice president; Albert Ellis, senior associate; and Vito Castellana, associate of investment sales, are representing the developer/manager of the property, Southfield, Mich.-based Etkin, LLC.
