Colliers International is handling the sale of the Columbia Hills Country Club in Columbia Station, Ohio, near Cleveland. The course’s owner has a call-for-offers date of Nov. 21.
Keith Cubba, national director of golf course brokerage for Colliers, and Ryan Fisher, a member of the Colliers Cleveland golf group, are marketing the property.
The golf course, designed in 1929 by architect Harold Paddock, features elevated tees, rolling terrain and water hazards created by the Rocky River. Club amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse and pro shop.
The asking price for the club is $1.85 million.
