Colliers International recently closed the sale of the 19,000-square-foot former Haberman Fabrics building at 905 S. Main St. in downtown Royal Oak, Michigan.

Robert Badgero and Steven Badgero with Colliers International represented the seller, Sam Haberman. Peter E. Kepic and Peter J Kepic, also with Colliers, represented the buyers, David and Jennifer Dilley in the sale.

Construction will begin immediately on 905 S. Main St., allowing Bright Ideas Furniture to relocate a half-mile south from its original retail space at 220 S. Main St.
