Colliers International Ann Arbor has completed the sale of 700 Phoenix Drive in Ann Arbor, Mich., to Zingerman’s Mail Order division. The property is an industrial building in South Ann Arbor, Mich.
Jim Chaconas, Brendan Cavender and Richard Timmons of Colliers International Ann Arbor represented the seller, FJS LLC & John Sposito, and the purchaser, Zingerman’s Mail Order division.
