Colliers International executive vice president, Lynn Reich, will be honored with The Goldie Initiative’s Shero Award at the organization’s annual Goldie Gala.

In light of the pandemic, this year’s event will be held virtually on Thursday, September 17th, 2020 at 5:00 p.m.

The Goldie Initiative’s Shero award is conferred upon exemplary role models to women leaders in commercial real estate who have achieved success in the industry and have paved the way for others to follow in their footsteps. Recipients are also dedicated to developing and mentoring future leaders.

“I am extremely proud to be honored with this award, especially since it is given by Goldie Wolfe Miller, a woman I have admired since my days working in an administrative capacity at Arthur Rubloff & Co.,” said Reich. “Goldie wants to help others succeed and that is a mission of mine as well. There is nothing more rewarding than mentoring others in the business I love.”

A trailblazer in the industry, Reich launched her industrial real estate career 40 years ago achieving unparalleled success along the way. Career highlights include a CREW Lifetime Achievement Award, SIOR Foundation Millie Award, SIOR largest Number of Industrial Inter-Chapter Transactions, SIOR Largest International Transaction, Colliers International’s Everest Club, Colliers Chicago Top Industrial Producer, Colliers Largest Number of Industrial Transactions and Greater Chicago Food Depository “Broker of the Year” Award.

An active leader in the industry, Reich served as president (2009-10) of SIOR International and operations director (2015-17). She is also past president of the SIOR Foundation (2006) and currently serves on its board of trustees. In addition, she served as president of CREW Chicago and was one of its 50 founding members. Today Reich serves as a mentor with The Goldie Initiative and is an active participant in Colliers’ national mentor program.

“Success is a funny thing,” said Reich. “I have worked with many colleagues in and outside of my firm because no one goes it alone. I wouldn’t be where I am today if it weren’t for them and the loyalty of my clients over many years and many millions of square feet all across the country.”
