Colliers International negotiated the sale of a 125,000-square-foot industrial and manufacturing space at 12675 Berwyn Ave. in Redford, Michigan.
Christian Hill, Randy Book and Patrich Jett, all with Colliers International, represented the seller, 4th Glendale Associates LLC in the sale.
The new owner and auto supplier Daimay North America, Inc. plan to immediately occupy the space. This will be the company’s third Redford location.
