Hamilton Partners has awarded Colliers International Chicago the leasing assignment for two industrial properties in Franklin Park, Illinois. The two properties are 11301 Irving Park Road and 11405-11417 Irving Park Road in the O’Hare submarket.
The property at 11301 Irving Park Road is a 117,211-square-foot warehouse/distribution facility on 5.68 acres featuring 20 exterior docks, three drive-in doors, four air freight doors and 30-foot clear ceiling height. The 11405-11417 Irving Park Road asset is a 99,869-square-foot warehouse/distribution facility across from O’Hare’s cargo area on 8.31 acres featuring 26-foot clear ceiling height, 19 exterior docks, three drive-in doors and parking for 129 cars.
Hamilton Partners is currently renovating both buildings. Improvements include freshly painted warehouse walls and building exteriors, updated docks doors and equipment and new T-5 and LED lighting. Thomas Rodeno, Matthew Stauber and Patrick Turner of Colliers International will market the properties for sale or lease effective immediately.
