Colliers is welcoming back Ryan Brittain as vice president in its Detroit office. Brittain specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial real estate throughout the metropolitan Detroit area.
Brittain started his career with Grubb & Ellis and then joined Colliers in 2013. He has extensive industry experience, having since worked for publicly traded REIT First Industrial Realty Trust, where he completed more than 450 transactions in 6 years.
Brittain then worked for prominent local developer Cunningham-Limp, leading business development efforts across multiple asset classes.
