A private out-of-state buyer has purchased a 95%-occupied retail center in Plover, Wisconsin, for $3.25 million.
The seller, a subsidiary of MLG Capital’s Legacy Fund, was represented by Adam Connor and Heather Dorfler of the Colliers|Wisconsin retail investment services team.
The Colliers team also found the buyer.
During the last several years, Colliers has sold $15 million in the Plover, Wisconsin, area. Since 2019, the Colliers retail investment services team has closed $185 million in investment sales transactions and is one of the most active teams in Wisconsin.
